We’re delighted to be partnering with one of our fantastic customers for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join a collaborative team supporting a large, UK and Ireland-wide workforce. What You’ll Do:
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple monthly and fortnightly UK & ROI payrolls.
- Interrogate and validate data with precision and confidence.
- Support pension administration and stay up to date on statutory payments like SSP and SMP.
- Collaborate on process reviews and payroll projects.
- Contribute to general HR administration and team support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Payroll Know-How: You’ve got experience in a payroll processing environment (ideally high volume) and understand the nuances of UK legislation—ROI knowledge is a bonus!
- Excel Confidence: You’re comfortable using Excel for data interrogation—VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and manual calculations come naturally to you.
- Systems Savvy: Experience with payroll/HR systems such as Sage and PeopleXD/Access is desirable.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, but you’re just as capable working independently to tight deadlines.
