We're looking for a Payroll & Reward Specialist to take on an exciting role that blends payroll expertise with the opportunity to dive into Reward strategy and analysis.

What You’ll Do:
- Payroll: Partner with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate, timely payments, handle complex calculations, and resolve payroll queries.
- Reward: Contribute to reward analysis, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and executive remuneration. Help design and implement recognition programs, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
- Compliance: Lead year-end reporting, staying up to date on UK payroll and employment law changes.
What We Need:
- Expertise in UK payroll processes, reconciliations, and calculations.
- Experience with an outsourced payroll provider and knowledge of non-standard pay scenarios (e.g. shift patterns, leave calculations).
- An interest in Reward, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex data, provide insights, and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and handle employee queries.
