We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Recruitment Administrator to jump into a high-volume, fast-paced environment and make things happen. This is not a back-seat role. You’ll be managing the ATS (Pinpoint), scheduling interviews, pulling reports, formatting CVs, and helping to keep the recruitment engine running smoothly across multiple regions.
- Proven experience within a similar role and environment
- Able to write and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms and ensure visibility in the right places
- Confident, proactive, and unafraid to push back when needed
- Comfortable juggling several roles and deadlines at once
- Great with systems, data, and detail – and quick to learn the internal ways of working
