The Role
As a Shift Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and ensuring every customer has a great experience. You'll be the salsa to our taco, bringing energy, leadership and great service to every shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Assistant Manager to improve restaurant performance through coaching, feedback and support.
- Leading, motivating and supporting your team to create a positive and high-energy working environment.
- Leading by example and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring food quality, food safety and order accuracy are maintained to the highest standards.
- Making sure Health & Safety procedures are followed throughout the restaurant.
- Recognising and rewarding great performance within the team.
- Supporting team members with their development and helping them reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Calm, positive and able to lead effectively during busy periods.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Confident motivating, coaching and supporting team members.
- Reliable, organised and able to take responsibility during your shift.
- Experienced in customer service, hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment.
Previous management or team leader experience is an advantage, but we're also keen to hear from ambitious team members who are ready to take the next step in their career.
