Your Role as Restaurant General Manager:
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to support and develop your team.
- Lead by example, mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee training, staffing, and scheduling, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain hygiene standards and handle customer service issues effectively.
- Manage cash flow, inventory, and ordering while controlling profit and loss.
- Drive customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets.
