Your Role as an Area Coach
As an Area Coach, you will lead multiple restaurant teams, ensuring high standards across operations, customer experience, and financial performance. You will work closely with Restaurant General Managers to build strong, engaged teams and deliver consistent results.

- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to deliver high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness

- Drive performance by analysing results and implementing improvement plans
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations
