JOB PURPOSE: You must already be a business-winning ORACLE CLOUD HCM / PAYROLL & ERP (FINANCIALS) SOFTWARE, SYSTEMS & SERVICES sales professional, with emphasis on building and winning new Oracle CLOUD HCM / PAYROLL & ERP Financials application and project opportunities. Public-sector sales experience is required. AND THE GROWTH CONTINUES: This role is crucial to Symatrix\’s ongoing success and growth. You will focus on creating and expanding opportunities for consulting projects and managed services related to Oracle Cloud HCM / PAYROLL & ERP Financials (including Ledgers, Procurement / P2P, Supply-Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, etc.). Your responsibilities: Primary objective is to sell Symatrix Managed Services and Consulting Projects into Oracle Cloud customers (specifically HCM / PAYROLL / ERP Financials) or potential customers. Meet and exceed sales targets by owning, driving, and winning opportunities across Oracle’s extensive customer base. Manage the end-to-end sales process to meet performance metrics. Engage prospects by positioning our offerings, challenging them with Oracle experience, business cases, references, and marketplace insights. Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, generating leads through qualification processes. Accurately report on sales pipeline, identify market opportunities, and leverage industry knowledge, client engagement, and Oracle relationships. Manage formal bidding cycles—PQQ, RFP, ITT—coordinating documentation with support from Symatrix and Oracle resources, including discovery and Q&A phases. Support marketing activities such as client seminars, briefings, and creating collateral; understand the drivers behind opportunities. Collaborate with Oracle Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure relationship mapping and coverage within accounts. Your experience: Experience selling Oracle Projects, Software, Solutions, and Services (HCM / PAYROLL / ERP Financials). Proven track record of sales achievement. Strong relationship-building skills with prospects and clients. Knowledge of the back-office applications marketplace. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, colleagues, and partners. Organized and structured approach. Experience in building and contributing to business cases. Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques. Understanding of IT project implementation methodologies. This is a permanent position. Location: UK (covering all of the UK). Eligibility: UK Government Clearance at SC level (applicants should confirm eligibility prior to applying). SALARY / BENEFITS: Very competitive salary with a great commission plan, potentially doubling the basic salary (discuss during interview).
