New/Used Motorcycle Sales Manager – Chester Road Motorcycles
A basic salary with the potential earnings of up to £45,000.

We are looking for an experienced and professional Motorcycle Sales Manager in Shotton.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will manage the sales team, finance, finance‑related products and automotive warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding the dealership’s targets.
You will also resolve queries from the sales team regarding warranty and service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department where possible, demonstrate motorcycle features and offer any other required support.
Requirements
- Live local or be able to commute to Shotton.
- Positive attitude, drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity.
- UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Experience in motorcycle sales management (preferred).
- Sales experience: 1 year (required).
- Car licence (required).
Benefits
- Starting basic salary pending experience.
- An uncapped and realistic on‑target earning of up to £45,000 per annum subject to sales performance.
- 22 days of annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays (working a holiday earns a day off in lieu).
- Full manufacturer‑approved training.
- Company pension.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am – 4:00pm. Work on a one‑in‑three weekend‑off basis with a set day off during the week.
