We are a long-established, family-owned group based in Bradford for over 60 years, specialising in the distribution of industrial fasteners, fixings, tools, and associated products.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to join our team in a hybrid Van Driver / Warehouse operative role. This position involves a mix of warehouse duties and regional deliveries, so it is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being hands-on. Typically a split role involving both warehouse work and driving (Mid-size van). We deliver across the region (not extremely high-volume multi-drop).
Essential Requirement
Full UK Driving Licence (required; applications without this will not be considered).
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Duties
- Load and secure goods onto the company van
- Deliver to customers on planned routes
- Unload and check deliveries with customers
- Obtain delivery confirmations (PODs)
- Picking, packing, and checking orders
- Goods Inwards processes
- Stock handling (including some heavy lifting)
- Maintaining accuracy and organisation
- Assisting with basic admin/PC tasks
