What will I be doing?

As a key player in this rapidly evolving space, we are growing our commercial team in the EMEA region and hiring an exceptional, self-motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline creation. Reporting into the VP Marketing, you will be working closely with dedicated Account Executives and the rest of our commercial and marketing team.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
  • Identify product fit and schedule meetings with accounts
  • Strategize with Marketing and Account Executives on ICP targeting to fill pipeline
  • Conduct high-level conversations with all levels from midsize companies up to enterprise C-Suite and VP-level to address their sustainability and commercial goals
  • Create strategic email sequences and outbound campaigns to target prospect accounts
  • Continuously maintain and update CRM
  • Achieve monthly qualified meeting booking and outbound opportunity pipeline KPIs

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years experience in business development, sales or related field with lead qualification across managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives
  • Has full professional proficiency in English. Other European languages would be a bonus!
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and call manner
  • Has previous business development or sales experience
  • Cares deeply about the climate and ecosystems of the earth
  • Is willing and able to work from our London office on a regular basis
  • Is a self-starter who thrives in constantly evolving environments, ideally with start-ups
  • Wants to bring their creativity and ideas to help shape our business and contribute to making a positive climate impact

Location: London, Old Street. We work flexibly but encourage people to come to the office regularly, especially for 1-2-1, retros and divisional meetings.
