We're a team of 130+ scientists, engineers, and market experts based across London, New York, São Paulo, Singapore, and Tokyo. Our work spans market intelligence, geospatial analytics, multi-scale lidar research, and policy analysis. We partner with governments and policymakers to raise the bar for transparency and rigour across carbon markets.
We're looking for a hands-on AI Strategy & Ops Intern to help the sales and growth teams work faster and smarter. We want someone who thinks in systems and processes to apply an innovative, AI-first approach to improve existing workflows, automate analysis and speed up our sales function.
This is an execution-focused role for someone with strong technical skills and a curiosity for how businesses grow. You’ll work directly with commercial leadership and collaborate with teams across the business, from product & finance to engineering and geospatial.
AI-Driven Workflows:
- Research, test and deploy AI tools to automate and accelerate business development.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies across the commercial team and propose or directly implement fixes.
- Gather aggregate insights from client calls regarding the sales process or product feedback.
- Find highly automated solutions to ensure our revenue data is clean, structured and actionable.
Go-To-Market Operations:
- You'll get hands-on experience across the entire commercial function end-to-end at a high-growth startup, learning about:
- Identifying the right target companies, tracking what's working & driving new business.
- Optimising commercial data, tools and processes.
- Building smarter workflows for how we onboard new customers and help existing ones get more value.
We’re looking for someone who:
- STEM background.
- Preference for candidates who can show a 'hacker' mindset: e.g. entrepreneurship, app building, problem solving.
- AI-native mindset: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude, workflow automation) to improve productivity, automate processes, analyse data, and accelerate campaign execution.
- Technical in skillset, commercial in mindset: as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are thinking about business impact.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical and process-driven.
