What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a mission-driven Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team and help build the core products that our customers rely on - from rich, intuitive user interfaces to performant and scalable backend systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping how businesses around the world measure and act on climate impact.

  • Drive the automation and enhancement of climate project evaluations across diverse project types.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, propose scalable solutions, develop REST APIs, and incorporate them into our frontend apps.
  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline development processes, ensuring reliability and scalability of our platform.
  • Build new capabilities that integrate seamlessly with internal and external tools.

  • Full-Stack Expertise: Comfortable designing and scaling production-grade systems, including data platforms, APIs, and web applications.
  • Adaptability: Able to learn unfamiliar tech stacks (including low-code) and deliver end-to-end solutions swiftly.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Skilled at translating business needs into technical outcomes and works well in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion & Initiative: Deeply cares about the climate, thrives in evolving environments (especially startups), and pushes for continual improvement.

Location

London, Old Street. We foster hybrid working and require you to physically attend all 1-2-1, retros and divisional meetings in person.
