Sylatech is a groundbreaking design and manufacturing business with a heritage of 62 years in delivering precision custom engineering solutions for our customers. Operating from the UK, Sylatech has a global customer base across multiple business sectors including Aerospace, Space, Defence, Medical, Automotive and Construction.

Due to continued expansion we are now looking for new members to join our team in the wax department. The person we’re looking for will be responsible for delivering the following tasks:

  • Use hand-held tools as required for production tasks
  • Report any machinery faults or production issues to Supervisors promptly
  • Carry out basic quality checks to maintain product standards
  • Follow all relevant health and safety regulations when operating equipment and handling materials
  • Keep workstations and factory floor clean and free of hazardous material
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and meet production timelines
