Sylatech is an engineering business recognised for its casting and engineering excellence. The company are part of the Government’s initiative Sharing for Growth training scheme, providing learning and development opportunities for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Operative Read and understand engineering drawings
- Use hand-held tools as required for production tasks
- Report any machinery faults or production issues to Supervisors promptly
- Carry out basic quality checks to maintain product standards
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations when operating equipment and handling materials
- Keep workstations and factory floor clean and free of hazardous material
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and meet production timelines.
