We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Success team, working across our Weymouth and Lyme Regis offices. You’ll be the voice of our brands across phone, email, live chat and social channels, supporting guests throughout their holiday journey and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Salary up to £25,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week (Mon–Sat, with a day off in the week)

On-call rota with £350–£525 extra per week potential

Dealing with customer queries, complaints handling & problem-solving

Working closely with internal teams to improve service

Qualifications

  • A full clean UK Driving License
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong conflict resolution and objection-handling skills
  • A polite, positive and professional approach
  • High attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Understanding of performance targets and openness to coaching
