Join the Coast & Country Cottages Team in Beautiful South Devon. We’re hiring a Property Services Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Dartmouth! If you’re organised, proactive, people-focused, and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Monday–Saturday rota (with one weekday off: Tues, Wed or Thurs)

About the Role

As a Property Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our holiday homes are maintained to a high standard and every guest enjoys a seamless stay. You’ll work closely with property owners, housekeepers, contractors, and our wider team to keep everything running smoothly, especially during our busy holiday seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with property owners, cleaners, and suppliers
  • Coordinating and supporting self-employed housekeepers and contractors
  • Ensuring properties are cleaned, maintained, and guest-ready
  • Carrying out property visits and quality checks
  • Supporting the wider Property Services HUB when needed
  • Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
  • Participating in the out-of-hours emergency call rota

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic DIY/property maintenance knowledge
  • Experience managing contractors or external suppliers
  • Confidence using MS Office and internal systems

Bonus points if you have:

  • Holiday let or hospitality experience
  • Good local knowledge of South Devon
  • Experience managing work orders from start to finish
