Ready to lead a high-performing sales network and drive growth across the UK's largest holiday letting portfolio?
We're looking for a Field Based Sales Manager to coach, develop and support our network of self-employed Property Consultants, helping them convert opportunities, grow owner acquisition and deliver outstanding commercial results.
- Chester HQ with nationwide travel
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and coach a UK-wide team of Property Consultants
- Drive sales performance, conversion and owner acquisition
- Analyse pipelines and identify growth opportunities
- Support negotiations and overcome sales obstacles
- Build referral networks and generate new leads
- Use data, technology and AI to improve performance and efficiency
- Work closely with Product, Technology and Data teams to shape the future of our sales journey
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience leading field-based sales teams
- Strong commercial and pipeline management skills
- A track record of improving sales performance
- Excellent coaching, communication and negotiation skills
- A growth mindset with a passion for delivering results
