We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our Chester Head Office team.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers who have booked their holiday through our third‑party partners. You’ll manage inbound enquiries via telephone and client portals, helping customers feel informed, reassured, and excited about their holiday plans. You’ll work closely with colleagues across our Customer Success function to deliver efficient, compliant, and high‑quality customer experiences every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and written communication channels.
- Supporting customers with pre‑stay and in‑stay queries.
- Handling inbound enquiries including booking amendments, payments, and general service questions.
- Conducting outbound calls to support and assist customers.
- Explaining insurance cover options and handling objections confidently and professionally.
- Accurately recording customer interactions within internal systems.
- Working in line with FCA and company compliance standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- Acting as a proud ambassador for the Sykes brand and values.
