About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Development Manager to help expand our holiday parks portfolio and bring new partnerships to life. This is a high-impact, relationship-led role where you’ll:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Build meaningful, long-term partnerships
  • Shape compelling, tailored client propositions

You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Tech, and Legal to ensure every partnership is set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Target and secure new holiday park & multi-site operator partnerships
  • Manage a strong pipeline from first contact to signed deal
  • Deliver engaging, tailored pitches and proposals
  • Work cross-functionally to support onboarding and delivery
  • Support negotiations and drive strong commercial outcomes
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Track performance against targets and KPIs
