About the Role
We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest‑ready in every detail. This hands‑on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive.
What You’ll Do
- Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
- Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
- Ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
- Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items
- Maintaining accurate property records and inventories
