Contract Type & Length: Seasonal - 6 months.
Working Days & Hours: 32 hours, 9am-5.30pm on Monday, Thursday & Friday. 8:30am-5pm on a Saturday.
Location: Our friendly Seahouses/ Alnmouth team.
About the Role: We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest-ready in every detail. This hands-on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
- Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
- Ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
- Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items
- Maintaining accurate property records and inventories
What You’ll Bring:
