Best of Suffolk, in collaboration with Sykes Holiday Cottages, is seeking an Account Manager to be the main contact for property owners and ensure a seamless experience for guests. The role includes supporting owners to maximise performance and joining an on-call rota to handle urgent guest issues.
You will respond to queries promptly, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teams across Property Services, Quality & Revenue Management. Previous hospitality or travel experience is a plus.
