Lyme Bay Holidays, part of Sykes Holiday Cottages, is seeking a Property Services Manager to lead the Housekeepers, Laundry, Linen Drivers, Maintenance Operatives, Local Supplier Lead and Quality & Compliance teams. You will oversee daily operations and ensure our portfolio of properties is presented and maintained to the highest standards. You will plan workloads, drive performance via OKRs and NPS feedback, manage rosters and holidays, cover out-of-hours calls, oversee vehicles and local.
