About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Property Services Coordinator to join our busy Ambleside team. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure maintenance and housekeeping schedules run like clockwork across our properties.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day property services, liaising with managers, tradespeople, and suppliers
  • Handle guest and owner queries, progressing complaints where needed
  • Manage compliance documents, property checks, recharges, and non-stock purchases
  • Monitor inboxes, case files, and feedback – acting quickly to resolve issues
  • Keep workloads on track and report progress
  • Work closely with Customer Service to resolve any guest or owner concerns

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail & multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service focus with problem‑solving ability
  • IT skills (Enterprise, KEA, Excel, or similar systems)
