- Salary: £28,500 per annum
- Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, 9am until 5:30pm.

About the Role:
Our Housekeeping Manager isa key support function infacilitatingthe operational requirements for ourlocalBrand managed properties.Managing the day-to-day operation of theHousekeepingfunction.Leading andManagingour team of dedicated Housekeepers to ensure that guest experience ismaximised at all times.Ensuringproperties are presented andmaintainedto a high standard with regards to housekeeping and all related linens.
What You’ll Do
- Participating in the day-to-day operation of the BrandPropertyservices housekeeping function, ensuring ourhigh standardsaremaintainedto ensure our guest experience isdeliveredflawlessly.
- Recruitment of our team of local Housekeepers, including training,coachingandcontinuous improvement. Responsible for the recruitment of any self-employed cleaners and checkers.
- Ensuring our portfolio of properties are inspectedin line with companytimeframesandobjectivesand all Housekeepers arevisiting the required number of properties per day.
- Devising and Managing staff rota’s, including managing holiday requests and sickness, ensuringoptimumstaffing levels at all times.
- Working closely with other departments in the business and suppliers to report any issues needing addressing,in a timely mannerand following up to ensureany issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Building essential rapport with our suppliers and cleaners,in order tofeedbackpractically onany issues requiring improvement or correction.
- Ensuring that cleanliness standards aremaintainedto the required level and addressing with supplierswhere standards are not metand making suggestions for improvement.
- Organise delivery of linen from laundry supplier,packand label asappropriate foreach property and arrange for delivery to properties asappropriate foreach guest stay.Ensuringstock is appropriately accounted for, recording anyshortfalls and rejects.
- Control stock levels of welcome packs, pack asrequiredfor each guest stay and organise delivery to the properties.
- Keep complete records of all materials and stock that go through the warehouse.
- Covering on-call out of hoursassistance, on a rota basis, to our property owners and guests.
