Key Responsibilities

The SEO Manager will be a constant role model for the group values, and ensure they become a way of working for the whole team giving every customer (internal and external) a ‘World Class Customer Experience’. Their role includes identifying, sharing, and spreading best practice throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork.

They will ensure that all decisions are based on the achievement of the Company Strategic Pillars.

As SEO Manager, you will be responsible for the following areas of accountability:

1. Stakeholder management and reporting
2. Acting as a stakeholder in key projects including website migrations
3. Growing customer bookings through the SEO channel
4. Closely monitoring SERP performance and resolving any issues quickly and proactively
5. Delivering transparent, accurate and meaningful insights on a regular basis
6. Ensuring delivery of SEO to agreed KPIs, budgeted volumes and cost per booking

Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
