Work and Wellbeing Team Leader
Sheffield & Barnsley
£36,306 per annum
Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for two Team Leaders to join our Work & Wellbeing team in Barnsley and Sheffield.
This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about supporting people to achieve meaningful employment outcomes, while leading and developing a team to deliver a high-quality, performance-focused service. You will join a supportive, values-led organisation, working alongside a friendly and committed team where collaboration, learning, and impact really matter.

More about the role
As a Team Leader, you will lead a small team of Employment Specialists, providing day-to-day leadership, performance management, and professional support. The focus of the role is to:
- Lead and motivate a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to deliver positive and sustained employment outcomes aligned to customers’ job preferences
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, strengths-based employment support service
- Provide clear operational oversight, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to continually improve service delivery and outcomes for customers.
