Date: Friday 24th July We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Services Officer to work within our Property Services Department.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of high performance.
The individual will be expected to work alone as well as part of a team.
You will be required to attend various locations to inspect, diagnose and raise works orders for repairs and maintenance.
You will play an integral part in the delivery of our Responsive Repairs contract along with supporting the management of our approved contractors to ensure they deliver works to a high quality, on time and to specification.
