About the role
The work we do in Talent Acquisition is crucial to ensuring we have the brightest scientists and leaders in place to make great science happens.
Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver a professional, engaging and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
Experience in sourcing, identifying and attracting candidates is a must.
We’re looking for someone is dynamic and who isn’t afraid to think outside the box, has a growth mindset and enjoys finding creative ways to engage hard-to-find talent.
You’ll be proactive, commercially aware and just as excited by shaping and improving recruitment processes as you are by finding brilliant people.
You’ll act as a trusted and respected recruitment advisor to hiring managers and our Senior Leadership Team, providing advice and guidance across recruitment-related activities.
You’ll also work closely with the wider People Team and provide broader support across Learning and Development activities, giving you the opportunity to contribute beyond recruitment.

You’ll also help strengthen our employer brand and build talent pipelines that support our future growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient and compliant recruitment service.
- Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including Linked In, talent mapping, networking, referrals and job boards.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote Sygnature's employer brand.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment data and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Share market intelligence and recruitment best practice with stakeholders across the business.
- Provide support and guidance to Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Administrators where required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering end-to-end, in-house recruitment is a must. Experience using Teamtailor is desirable however not essential.
- Direct sourcing experience and confidence identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience conducting candidate screening and assessing suitability against role requirements.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation and employment law.
- Experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech or a related technical environment would be advantageous.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) would be beneficial but is not essential.
