About the role: Our Commercial team in Nottingham is looking for a CRM Administrator to join our Nottingham office. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office 3 - 4 times a week. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of Sales and CRM support to the immediate and wider business. Working closely with Business Development, Business Services, Operations, and Finance, you will input, manage, review, and update commercial data within the CRM function of our Enterprise Resource Planning system, NetSuite. A key part of the role will be ensuring the CRM is updated accurately and in real time, including new enquiries, key financial milestones and FTE rates, project start and end dates, departmental resource planning schedules, proposals, and existing contracted projects. You will play an important role in maintaining high-quality commercial data and supporting effective reporting, planning, and decision-making across the business. Experience using ERP systems and managing sales data is highly desirable. We are looking for someone with strong data entry and data management experience, ideally within a fast-paced sales environment, alongside a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Business Development, Business Services, Operations and Finance.
  • Pro-actively liaise with finance, operations, legal and BD obtaining the latest information to ensure CRM is reflective of the current state of the business.
  • Generate work reports and update as appropriate for management.
  • Supporting the CRM Manager and Commercial Leadership team on CRM related management and reporting.
  • Update the CRM in a timely, consistent, and high-quality manner.
  • Prepare core information to allow production of full and accurate work orders and amendments.
  • Attend departmental and team meetings, champion the CRM.
  • Contribute to processes and procedures to deliver an enhanced customer journey.
  • Have a high level of awareness of BD interactions with operations, legal and finance.
  • Build a strong relationship with internal customers.
  • Maintain relevant KPIs for accounts for which you are responsible.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent administrative skills, ideally within a sales environment - experience working with a CRM, ERP or database management would be advantageous.
  • Highly computer literate, e.g. Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and ideally experience working with a CRM system, ERP or database (ideally NetSuite).
  • A keen eye for detail - able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Methodical and thorough - able to multi-task, organise and prioritise activities in a busy work environment.
  • Able to use own initiative to solve problems and navigate obstacles which arise during the working day.
  • A great team player who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to the team’s success.
