You will mentor scientists, guide project strategy, and collaborate with Bioscience, DMPK and client teams to drive successful drug discovery across diverse projects.
The role requires a PhD in a relevant field or equivalent industrial experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and a track record in delivering scientific success
