Sygnature Discovery Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Scientist / Principal Scientist for our Chemistry team at Alderley Park.

You will lead medicinal chemistry programmes, shape project strategies, and mentor scientists across cross-disciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with Bioscience, DMPK, and other disciplines to define integrated project strategies, influence scientific direction, and communicate progress to clients and internal teams.
