Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer plays a key role in supporting the recruitment function by proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across multiple markets.

This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, supporting difficult-to-fill roles, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet business hiring needs.

The Sourcer contributes to an efficient, high-quality recruitment process while enhancing Sygna’s employer brand.

  • Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping
  • Proactively source candidates through Linked In, job boards, networks, and alternative sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • Conduct talent mapping to support workforce planning and strategic hiring needs
  • Identify and engage passive candidates across key markets
  • Candidate Engagement
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates, presenting opportunities clearly and professionally
  • Build strong relationships with prospective candidates to enhance engagement and response rates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first interaction through to handover to the TA Partner
  • Recruitment Process
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial screening where appropriate to assess suitability and interest
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates is available for active roles
  • Market Insight & Intelligence
  • Gather and share market insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and candidate expectations
  • Provide feedback on sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Stay up to date with sourcing best practice and emerging tools
  • Employer Brand Support
  • Represent Sygna professionally in all candidate interactions
  • Support the promotion of Sygna’s employer brand through outreach and engagement
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with company messaging and values
  • General Responsibilities
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration up to date
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate information
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with relevant data protection regulations (e. g. GDPR)
  • Support continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and tools
  • Assist with additional recruitment activities where required
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting (ATS) – preferred
  • Experience in sourcing candidates (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle
