Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative and communication tasks, ensuring smooth operations across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with experience in data entry and upselling techniques. Duties
- Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, and other channels
- Provide remedial quotations based on job sheets post service visits
- Utilise excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for upselling products or services
- Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimise operational workflows
- Assist in preparing reports and analysing information to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in a coordinating or administrative role preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data effectively for insights and opportunities
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office or similar programmes
- Prior experience handling phone calls with professional etiquette is desirable
