Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Fire Servicing Engineer to join our team covering London and surrounding areas.
Role Overview
The Fire Servicing Engineer will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding and minor remedial works on a range of fire detection and life safety systems. You will work across a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring systems remain compliant, reliable and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair fire alarm systems
- Respond to planned maintenance visits and reactive call-outs across London and surrounding areas
- Diagnose system faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Ensure all work complies with relevant British Standards and Health & Safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients
- Identify opportunities for remedial works, upgrades or improvements
- Participate in an on-call rota where required

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fire Engineer or similar
- Experience servicing fire alarm and life safety systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills and ability to complete digital service reports
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications
- FIA or equivalent fire alarm training
- ECS / CSCS card
- IPAF or PASMA
- Experience with major manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Morley, C-Tec or similar
Company vehicle and fuel card, mobile phone, tablet and tools provided. Ongoing training and professional development.
