About the role

This is a newly created role designed to support the continued growth of the business and create an exceptional first experience for prospective and new clients.

As Client Experience Coordinator, you will be one of the first people clients connect with when they engage with Cambridge Partners.

You will guide them through the early stages of their journey, keep the onboarding process moving, and make sure they feel informed, welcomed and confident from the outset.

This role will suit someone who is naturally people focused, confident speaking with customers face to face and over the phone, and comfortable being a visible representative of the business at client events.

  • Be a warm first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Build rapport quickly, in person and over the phone.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding.
  • Manage onboarding administration, processes and handovers.
  • Help manage enquiries, leads and the new business pipeline.
  • Represent Cambridge Partners at client events.
  • You will bring
  • Experience in a service based, client-facing role where you balanced relationship building with systems, processes and administration in a professional setting.
  • Confidence speaking with clients in person, over the phone and in writing.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations, actions and priorities.
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
