We are looking for a Production Operator / Resin Mix Operator (gn) to be part of a flexible team, working a designated shift pattern to produce high-performance composite materials used extensively throughout the aerospace industry. You are expected to work safely and meet all production and quality requirements, in line with the high standards set by a leading company in the aerospace sector.
Key responsibilities:
- To support the operation of production to ensure processes are within the standard operating procedures and that material is produced to the correct quality, quantity and timescale to meet the customer requirements.
- To work in a safe manner in adherence with company policies.
- To maintain housekeeping standards meeting today’s Aerospace Standards.
- To participate in any company initiatives.
You will bring:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and of working shifts.
- Basic Safety Related work based training.
- Strong commitment to all aspects of workplace safety.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
- Comfortable with Software based processes.
- Willingness to Develop in a Challenging Role.
