GEO Process Engineer in Wrexham

We are looking for a GEO Process Engineer with a strong focus on leading site-based process engineering projects and activities at our Wrexham site to drive continuous improvement, resolve chronic manufacturing issues, and introduce or re-site products, while also providing support to selected initiatives at other sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive productivity improvements and process variation reduction efforts.
• Lead major product and process re-sites, ensuring stable transfer and ramp-up.
• Support new product scale-up from trials through to robust industrialization.
• Resolve chronic process issues and customer problems using structured root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare and execute capital projects, including development of process and equipment specifications and commissioning/start-up of new equipment.

You will bring:

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace, web-handling, resin-mix, coating, or fiber (one or more).
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of JMP and understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, mostly within Europe.

You will get:

• The annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is GBP 51,440 to GBP 64,300. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
