Als Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Engineer (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Instandhaltungs- und Zuverlässigkeitsprozessen an unseren Produktionsstandorten in Wrexham, Östringen, Heanor und Fengxian. Sie treiben Best Practices voran, analysieren Schwachstellen und setzen nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen um.
Diese Position ist in Ă–stringen, Deutschland, oder an einem unserer Standorte in UK zu besetzen.
Wir benötigen Sie für:
- Standardisierung der Instandhaltungsprozesse (Work Order Management, Planung & Steuerung, präventive Wartung)
- Analyse und Optimierung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit mittels FMEA, PM-Strategien, Ersatzteilmanagement und Bad Actor-Analysen
- Implementierung digitaler Tools (z.B. Neptune, SAP) zur Effizienzsteigerung
- DurchfĂĽhrung von Schulungen und Coachings fĂĽr technische Teams vor Ort
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Predictive Maintenance Programmen
- Optimierung der Ersatzteillagerhaltung und MRO-Inventarverwaltung
- UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Erstellung von M&R-Capex-Budgets (5-Jahres-Planung)
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern zur Umsetzung globaler Initiativen
Sie bringen mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP ECC/ERP sowie in der Anwendung von FMEA, PM-Optimierung und Ersatzteilbewertung
- Idealerweise Zertifizierung als CMRP, CRL oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung mit Predictive Maintenance Tools und Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25 %)
