We are looking for: European Distribution Specialist – Composite Materials GBU Responsibilities: Lead transformation of logistics operations, develop and update operational policies, oversee 3PL relationships, manage inventory and shipment accuracy, collaborate with management and warehouse teams, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key duties include: Ensuring KPI targets are met, maintaining safety standards, managing costs, and implementing process improvements. We count on you for: Becoming an SME in a dynamic logistics environment. Ensuring vendors comply with safety and environmental standards. Driving continuous improvement using data analysis and lean techniques. Contributing to business cost, quality, and delivery metrics. Managing financial resources and fostering strategic logistics partnerships. You can count on us for: Being part of a global supply chain community. Working with diverse logistics vendors and stakeholders, managing regional budgets. Opportunities for growth and leadership development in a fast-paced environment. You will bring: 3-5 years’ experience in logistics, especially warehousing, distribution, or freight. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency with SAP ERP, WMS, and supply chain management tools. Experience with 3PL fulfillment, KPI management, and process improvements. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of warehousing KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desired behaviors: proactive, collaborative, customer-focused, innovative.
