Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from entry to invoice, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics, and quality.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts.
  • Handle customer portals including order uploads, KPI responses, and documentation.
  • Support complaint, rebate, and deduction processes in close collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Ensure export compliance and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor and improve customer KPIs through data-based decisions and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school qualifications required (e.g., GCSEs and A-levels); a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for order entry, pricing, data management, and handling customer portals.
  • Strong knowledge of export compliance, documentation, pricing, invoicing, complaint resolution, and deduction processes.
  • Experienced in managing complex orders, tracking/reporting KPIs, and understanding units of measure, conversion rates, and shipping documentation.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and in one additional language: French, Spanish, or German.

Location & Working Conditions

  • Location: Wrexham, UK or Östringen, Germany.
  • Remote working: After completion of 6 months probation, up to a maximum of 2 days home base per week.
  • Salary: The primary location for this job is UK; however, it may also be based in other countries. For other countries, local competitive salary conditions will apply, in line with local legislation.
