Description Responsibilities
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Oversee program planning and manage bookings
- Oversight of resourcing activities, including purchasing resources, run sheet, transport list, and providing information to team leader
- Ensure all activities have a strong focus on customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all participants are enrolled into activities and staffing ratios are both safe and aligned with rostering optimisation goals
- Approving all groups shifts which includes support workers and participants
- Ensure all information is reflected in Visicase in an accurate and timely manner
- Support business development efforts to attract new participants to PA services
- Perform monthly supervisions with team leaders
- Perform monthly team meetings with all groups’ support workers
- Participate in the Emergency On-Call management system as rostered
- Administrative tasks as requested by management.
