ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a superstar Support Facilitator to join our small but dedicated team! This role is suited to someone who has experience in SIL supports. This role will be based in our Canterbury & Bass Hill SIL homes, with occasional travel to other sites and offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of NDIS safeguarding & compliance knowledge.
- Day-to-day operations of the 2 SIL homes, while working closely with our Workforce team to ensure our service delivery not only meets but exceeds expectations.
- Leading a diverse team with the ability to coach and inspire your team.
- Build and maintain relationships with participants, carers and stakeholders.
- Work with participants and carers to create bespoke support plans, monitor and review regularly.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- National Police Check.
- Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Workers Screening.
- First Aid Certificate.
- NSW Drivers Licence.
- Fully insured motor vehicle.
