ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a superstar Support Facilitator to join our small but dedicated team. This role is suited to someone who has experience in SIL supports. This role will be based in our Canterbury & Bass Hill SIL homes, with occasional travel to other sites and offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have a sound knowledge and understanding of NDIS safeguarding & compliance knowledge.
  • Day-to-day operations of the 2 SIL homes, while working closely with our Workforce team to ensure our service delivery not only meets but exceeds expectations.
  • Leading a diverse team with the ability to coach and inspire your team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with participants, carers and stakeholders.
  • Work with participants and carers to create bespoke support plans, monitor and review regularly.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • National Police Check.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Workers Screening.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • NSW Drivers Licence.
  • Fully insured motor vehicle.
