This leadership position requires someone with extensive offshore experience who can build, guide, and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and allocate engineering resources effectively to meet project demands and objectives.
- Evaluate team capabilities and design training plans to develop technical expertise.
- Drive compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
- At least 20 years of industry experience, with 15 years dedicated to offshore operations, including platforms, jack-up rigs, wellheads, and topside systems.
