We are the fast-growing company behind Sydney Tech Week, Australia's premier technology exhibition. As we expand rapidly, we're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving our sales success.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Winning new clients and managing existing customer relationships
  • Consistently achieving sales targets for Sydney Tech Week
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling sales and sponsorship materials
  • Working closely with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Helping grow and manage our sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and skills needed to succeed

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our client base for Sydney Tech Week
  • Creating persuasive sales and sponsorship packages
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the event
  • Monitoring and reporting on key sales metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue

Requirements:
