Sydney Mitchell Solicitors in Shirley are looking to recruit a part‑time receptionist. Based at our Shirley Office, your work will include managing a busy reception desk, dealing with queries and assisting colleagues and visitors.
Duties
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception and answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
- Photocopying, scanning and printing a variety of documents
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Booking meeting rooms and keeping them tidy
- Ordering stationery supplies
About You
- Professional and friendly, with a confident telephone manner
- Problem solver with a can‑do attitude
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience within a reception role is desirable
You should be able to commute to our Sheldon office as our receptionists are required to provide cover from time to time. This role is two days per week: Thursday 9.00 – 5.30 and Friday 9.00 – 5.00. You may be required to work additional days to cover annual leave for the reception team.
