Role Requirements:

  • Has a successful product vision & strategy & KPIs that meet company standard definitions.
  • The KPIs of your feature are performing in reaching the company's larger business goals.
  • Does a great job promoting the benefits of their feature and why it is strategically aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Is known internally as the point person to regularly communicate where their feature is heading and why, spreading inspiration and information around it.
  • Maintains up to date Product Documentation, ensuring up to date product and feature details as well as alignment with external and sales solution positioning.
  • Has a grounded understanding of your feature competitive set. Is always on top of new changes and happenings affecting both your own feature and the Product Area you work in.
  • Shares information and findings within your Product Area, and the wider Product Community regularly.
  • Owns status reporting of OKRs out to your product area, the wider Product Community and business.
  • Is consistently working on optimising your feature and looking for growth accelerators.

Necessary Experience:

  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills, has examples of leading a product vision & strategy, and shown the ability to have built influence and credibility amongst peers.
  • Brings a pragmatic approach to resolving issues and responding to change, is comfortable with ambiguity and comfortable making decisions.
  • Fully familiar with and comfortable with end to end product lifecycles (discovery, delivery, optimisation).
  • Have experience devising, implementing, and overseeing a performant product strategy.
  • Comfort working cross functionally across product, engineering, marketing, UX, and various business groups.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, managing agile teams and building products with a holistic perspective of what makes sense in an end-to-end journey.
  • Has experience in building, managing and optimising fintech products.
  • Deep working knowledge of payments systems and architecture, including Recurring Payments.
  • Can identify and develop new product opportunities that drive growth.
  • Is experienced using data to make decisions and build strategies around collecting and measuring metrics that reflect the success (or failure) of initiatives.
