About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected.
  • Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety.
  • Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice.
  • Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection.
  • Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership.
  • Build strong community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders.

This permanent, part-time position offers 50 hours per fortnight in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic.
  • Certification in Child Protection Training.
  • Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
  • A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
