The role:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from self-sourced outbound to close
- Target companies with 2,000+ employees across the UK & Europe
- Navigate 3–12 month cycles with six- to seven-figure deal sizes
- Sell to multi-stakeholder teams: CX, engineering, legal, product & security
- Use MEDPIC methodology to manage and forecast in Salesforce
- Become the go-to expert on our new AI agent product
Compensation:
- Base: £115K – £120K
- OTE: £230K – £240K (50/50 split)
- 30% accelerator on self-sourced deals | 70% on company-sourced
- Uncapped commissions + competitive equity
